They are a mixed breeds of Berkshire, Black Large, and Hereford or Tamworth
The weanlings are a mix of gilts (females) and barrows (castrated males)
We wean the piglets at 5 weeks of age, but we only start selling them when they are 6-7 weeks old or older.
