Butter and Rosemary Pork Chops
Ingredients:
MountainView Farm LTD pork chops
3-4 tbsp butter
Dry or fresh rosemary
Salt and black pepper
Directions:
Dry rub pork chops with salt and black pepper.
In a heavy cast iron pan add 3-4 tbsp of butter. Let melt at med-high heat.
Once melted add a generous amount rosemary (dried works fresh is better).
Once aromatic and the butter is smoking, add chops and sear on all sides.
As the chops are searing, tilt the pan and use a tablespoon to scoop and baste the chops with the butter and rosemary.
Place cast iron pan in oven at 350F and remove once internal temperature is 145-150 F.
Allow to rest then serve.
