Ingredients:

MountainView Farm LTD ham slices

MountainView Farm LTD eggs

Bread slices

Butter

Cheese (your favourite kind)

Directions:

Butter bread slices and place onto a sheet pan butter side up. Place ham slices onto buttered bread. Bake at 350F until ham is warm/hot to the touch and bread is slightly toasted. Remove sheet pan and place cheese slices on the ham. Place back into the oven until cheese is melted. Serve with a fried egg on top. Enjoy!
